Build in a toddy glass and top with clove-infused apple juice. Top with honey and sea salt whipped cream.
Clove-Infused Apple Juice: Combine 2 cups apple juice and 10 cloves and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain mixture and discard cloves. Cool and store.
Honey & Sea Salt Whipped Cream: Blend 2 cups heavy cream in a mixer until a whipped cream appearance. Gently fold in 4 tbsp. clover honey and 2 tsp. sea salt.
