This delightful twist on the mule was created to celebrate the Nolet Distillery’s 325^th Anniversary.

Ingredients

9 oz. Ketel One Vodka
3 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. pineapple juice
12 dashes aromatic bitters (optional)
12 – 15 oz. Ginger beer

Method

Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer in a pitcher or kettle over ice. Top with Ginger beer. Stir gently. Garish with pineapple slices. Serves 6.
